These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and dk444 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dk444 platform accessible at https://dk444.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

dk444 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform. The Platform is operated under an international licensing framework. dk444 is not licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Pakistani users must independently verify whether participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws applicable to their location before accessing the Platform.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account or placing any bet or wager, you irrevocably acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement and any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any open Account. Continued use of the Platform after the posting of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

You are only eligible to create an Account and use the Platform if all of the following conditions are met and remain true throughout the duration of your use:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a Restricted Territory at the time of play.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from dk444 or any associated platform under any active self-exclusion agreement.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any gambling harm reduction program that prohibits participation on platforms such as dk444.
• Opening an Account and using the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or location.
• Funds deposited into your Account are your own legally sourced funds and are free from any connection to illegal activity.
• You have not been excluded or banned from the Platform by dk444 for any prior breach of these Terms.

dk444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify compliance with eligibility criteria. Accounts found to be operated by ineligible users will be suspended and any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.

To access Real Money Play on the Platform, you must complete the Account registration process accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any additional information requested at the time of registration or subsequently during verification.

5.1 Identity Verification. dk444 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are permitted:

• A valid government-issued photo identification — for Pakistani users, a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport is the standard document.
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, where required by the operator.
• A selfie or liveness verification matching the submitted identity document.
• Source of funds documentation if deposits exceed operator-defined thresholds.

5.2 Document Integrity. Submitting falsified, altered or misleading documents is a serious breach of this Agreement and may constitute a criminal offence. Any Account found to have used fraudulent documentation will be immediately and permanently suspended, and funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

5.3 Secure Submission. All identity documents must be submitted exclusively through the official secure HTTPS verification portal provided within your Account dashboard. You should never share sensitive documents through unsecured chat channels, email attachments or third-party applications.

5.4 One Account Per User. Each user is permitted to operate one Account only. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is prohibited and may result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances voided.

dk444 accepts deposits through the payment methods listed and currently available in the Platform Cashier. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by user location and account status. For Pakistani users, familiar payment context may include mobile wallet services and conventional banking channels; however, the availability of any specific method is determined solely by the operator at the relevant time.

6.1 Currency. Deposits may be made in the currency options supported by the Platform. Where PKR is listed as a supported currency, amounts are displayed and processed accordingly. Exchange rates, where applicable, are determined by the payment processor or operator at the time of the transaction.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are published in the Cashier section and are subject to revision at the operator's discretion.

6.3 Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned to the originating source wherever practicable. Any resulting charges from the return are the responsibility of the depositing user.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification, the absence of any active wagering requirements on your balance, satisfactory account standing and operator processing queues. dk444 does not guarantee withdrawal processing within any specific timeframe.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the name of the Account holder. Name mismatches will result in the withdrawal being held pending resolution.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the Cashier section of the Platform.
• The operator reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Where a withdrawal is held or declined, the operator will provide a reason to the extent permitted by applicable policy and law.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Example illustrative figures such as 30× bonus are for explanation purposes only — actual requirements are stated per offer.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single bet or spin limit applies. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided. Limits are stated in PKR in the specific promotion terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage, typically 10% or less. Game contribution tables are published per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time window, which is published per promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without prior warning.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing an existing one may result in the prior bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: dk444 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where there is evidence of systematic abuse, exploitation of bonus terms, or use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant sportsbook section and form part of this Agreement by reference.

9.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by the operator. dk444 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a pricing error has occurred or market integrity is in question.

9.2 Odds. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. For fixed-odds markets, the odds presented at the time of placement are the odds at which the bet is settled, subject to the rules of the relevant market.

9.3 Cricket & PSL Events. For Pakistan Super League, ICC tournaments, domestic and international cricket markets, settlement is based on officially announced results from the relevant governing body. Abandoned or cancelled matches are settled in accordance with sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook.

9.4 Void Bets. A bet may be voided where an event is abandoned, where the bet was placed on a clearly erroneous price, or where the relevant market integrity rules require it. Voided bets are returned to the user's Account balance at stake value.

Casino games, live dealer tables and instant games are provided through technology partners and are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering.

10.1 RNG Certification. Random number generator (RNG) based casino games operate on certified random outcome systems. Illustrative RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform are for information purposes only and do not guarantee individual outcomes.

10.2 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, game outcomes will be determined in accordance with the provider's disconnection policy. Outstanding bets at the time of disconnection will be settled based on the recorded game state at the time of the connection loss.

10.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a software or technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, the operator reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. Game malfunction voids all pays and play.

The following actions are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement. dk444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to withhold balances pending investigation:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, including through related parties or aliases.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic aid not approved by dk444.
• Exploiting software errors, platform vulnerabilities or pricing anomalies to generate artificial winnings.
• Collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate game or market outcomes.
• Participating in any activity that constitutes match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including claiming offers across multiple Accounts or coordinating claims to exploit promotion mechanics.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxies or other technical means.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform support staff or other users.

dk444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools and restrictions are available to all Account holders and can be accessed through the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum loss threshold per defined period. Once reached, further play will be restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure automatic reminders that appear after a defined period of continuous play activity.
• Reality Checks: Periodic session summaries showing the duration of play and net session result may be enabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply for temporary self-exclusion (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked and the user must not attempt to re-register.
• Cool-Off: A temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days is available for users who require a short break without committing to formal self-exclusion.

13.1 Suspension by Operator. dk444 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of a breach of this Agreement.
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information.
• Regulatory obligations or law enforcement requirements necessitate action.
• The Account is identified as belonging to a minor or an ineligible user.
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.

13.2 Closure by User. Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting the Support team. Outstanding balance (excluding any active bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the user's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding review.

13.3 Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed by the operator due to confirmed fraud or material breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the closure.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, data feeds and user-facing designs — is the intellectual property of dk444 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of dk444.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, technical errors or actions taken in accordance with these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dk444 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from error. You use the Platform at your own risk.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude dk444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The collection, storage and processing of personal data in connection with your use of the Platform is governed by the dk444 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at dk444.cam/privacy-policy.

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, service delivery and, where consent has been given, marketing communications.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk444 holds its operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in the operator's current licence documentation, which is available upon request.

Any dispute arising from or connected to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licence jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in a user's country of residence requires a different forum.

dk444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to users. The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Where amendments are material in nature, dk444 will use reasonable efforts to notify users through a notice on the Platform or via email to the registered Account address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact Support to close your Account.
